A seasoned program manager with more than 25 years experience in engineering, technology management and program management, Bill Buseman is responsible for managing engineering and deployment of the Invisible Fence System, including schedules, budgets, and performance. He also serves as the main point of contact for customers during execution of each project.

In his work at PanAmSat—and more recently as an independent contractor to the Pentagon—Buseman has successfully led complex projects within strict schedule and budgetary constraints, and managed the integration of very large multi-vendor, multi-site systems. He has provided logistics and operational management of programs that involved a diverse array of application domains, including large wireless, terrestrial, and satellite-based networks; GPS and inertial navigation systems; and GPS-based positioning and location-tracking systems.

Buseman earned degrees in computer science and management from West Virginia University in Morgantown.
